Hello Nan! Well, in all fairness, that person must really like the brushes themselves. Hopefully, all brushes might not have the issues others and I have had. If that is the case, I just do not understand why the people with defaulting brushes were not simply offered replacement brushes though.

But all in all, I really think some people do genuinely like them, and that is ok too.
