I made my second watercolor class and this time, it is about watercolor textures and my favorite pattern: the wavy watercolor pattern. It is a go to thing for me to paint when I want to relax, try out a new color palette or simply do not know what to paint.
About the class: Wavy pattern of watercolor textures
During this class, we will paint and explore together 5 different watercolor textures:
- Salt: whether fine, coarse or kosher, all salts leave interesting watercolor textures
- Alcohol: rubbing alcohol or isopropelic alcohol you get at the pharmacy are great for these textures
- Water: of course, water can leave texture in your watercolor washes…..
- Color bleeds: the magic of watercolors, when two colors touch!
- Couscous: what? yup….
